This past weekend I got the chance to learn from the best Director team in Thirty-One! They are awesome leaders. My Executive Director, my Senior Director and several others on the team hosted the first Senior Consultant Retreat for their downline. When they first told us about it they said we had to be a Senior Consultant to attend. Then last month they invited a few select other consultants. Included were 4 of my recruits! (one of my girls wasn’t able to go because she lives so far away) They were invited for showing interest and potential in leadership. To say the least, I was very excited.
I was thrilled to have the biggest team there! I’ve come a long way since I signed up a year and a half ago. Last September I had 2 recruits. This year I have a total of 6 recruits, 4 are active. I have several people who are interested in joining my team. I love that I am able to help people change their lives!
Gravely’s Gems represented! WOOHOO! We had so much fun. In this picture, we are pulling apart paper leaves. The directors had buckets along the wall, one for each person there. They had us write encouraging notes to everyone on the paper leaves. When I got home and read mine I was touched. It was encouraging to know how others see me. Here are some of my favorites. I just wish I knew who they were all from.
“Sarah- Awesome that your team made the long trip with you! You are leading by example! That is so important – and you’ve got it! Thank you for the reminder!” -Tina
“You always have a smile on your face, an encouraging word to say, and an amazing personality. I’m so glad I can call you my friend.”
“I’m so glad I’ve gotten to see you twice this year! I’m proud of your leadership & dedication to your business! Keep Rockin it girl! Love ya!”
“I also was told I probably wouldn’t be able to have kids. I’ve also said I’d love to use my Thirty-One business to help my wish of being a mommy! Just meeting you over this weekend, you’d be a super mom! I wish you luck with all of your goals, dreams & wishes!”
“Sarah, when life gets hard, remember not to let the dots stick!” -DiAnna (one of my girls, referencing You Are Mine (Max Lucado’s Wemmicks)
“Thank you so much for everything you do! I am so happy to have a great leader. I thank God for meeting you and being part of a sisterhood!” – Ana (one of my girls)
“Sarah- I just love you! I am so proud of your many accomplishments!! You are going to be the best Director!” -Robin (my Senior Director)
“Soooooo proud of you! Not just for coming but bringing your team with you! I can’t wait to watch you & your team grow this year! Dream Big” -Kelley (my Executive Director
I feel so blessed to be surrounded by such amazing women who genuinely care about each other. They inspire me daily, even though they live hours away from me. (Thank goodness for Facebook!) We all have fun when we get together too.
We had some wonderful training. They had binders for us and handouts for most of the training topics. I love that I can go back over what we learned and put it to use. I am so thankful that our leaders put so much effort into us as a team. I am also thankful that my team seemed so invested! We are definitely on fire!
I just have to say I love my job!
Sounds like you had a great time and you have a wonderful group of women around you.
Most definitely! It was refreshing to spend time with them. Thanks for stopping by!
