I’m taking a class on Tennessee History this summer. This is my first ever college semester, and I’m taking two classes. The history class and a computer class. The computer class bugs me because it’s so basic. I am hoping to learn something in the Excel portion of the class. However, the history class is my least favorite. I’m having to write a critical article review about an article that is NOT about Tennessee History. That bugs me. It mentions Davy Crockett, it talks about the show that Disney put out in the 1950’s, but the majority of the article is about the National Rifle Association!
I read the 14 page article today. I have NO clue what to write in my article review. I just keep focusing on the fact that the article is not about Tennessee History. Oh well.
I have been trying to come up with a schedule of when I want to blog. So far, I have nothing. Obviously. I need inspiration. I need topics. I need… a life.
I have to leave you with that for now. I’m off to our family “board meeting”. I hope everyone is having better blogging luck than I am. As Davy Crockett said, “Be sure you’re right, then go ahead.” (Still scratching my head on that one.)
First I want to thank you and your husband for his service and the sacrifices you are making I’m sure on a day to day basis.
Good for you for taking some college classes. I hope things get better for you in both of them! I just stopped by from SITS to say hello and I hope you will find time to do the same.
Good luck with your classes.
