Have you updated yet? I haven’t. I have to back up my stuff first, but I don’t know how to! HELP!

    I haven’t! I’ve backed up everything, but every time I try to run the update it gives me an error. I’m petrified of the update eating all my information.

    I back up my blog through my cpanel.  You should have a back up option, then back up the entire site or different databases individually including your blog.

    I had a problem when I first updated.  My dashboard didn’t have any of the drop downs when you moused over the menu button.  I uninstalled and reinstalled and it works now.
